Thank you for choosing Employment Star, a cloud-based HRMS solution by CROZENT TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. We aim to deliver the best user experience and customer satisfaction at a reasonable price. This Refund Policy is designed to provide transparency about cancellations, refunds, and warranty coverage.


1. General Policy

  • Our 7-day refund policy provides peace of mind, while our limited warranty ensures functionality of the product during the specified period.
  • This policy applies to all subscription cancellations of Employment Star.
  • Refunds will not be entertained if the cancellation violates any Terms of Service or License Policy.
  • This Refund Policy must be read along with our Terms & Conditions and License Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Customers may request a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Refund Window: Requests must be made within 10 days of the purchase date.
  • Assisted Purchases:
    • If purchased through a Crozent sales representative, refund requests may be processed directly.
    • If purchased through an authorized sales channel, approval from the sales channel is required.
  • Requests made after the refund period will not be considered.

3. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Email us at info@crozent.com with your purchase details and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Our support team will respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • No refunds will be transferred to alternative accounts.

4. Limited Warranty & Product Services

  • Warranty Period: The software is warranted to perform as per the License Policy requirements during the subscription period.
  • Coverage: Troubleshooting and repair assistance will be provided in case of performance issues.
  • Exceptions: Warranty does not cover problems caused by:
    • Unauthorized modifications
    • Third-party applications
    • Misuse or illegal use
    • Unsupported hardware configurations
  • Product Services:
    • Free customer support for troubleshooting, updates, and technical assistance during subscription.
    • Periodic updates and patches at no additional charge.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customization services, integrations, or consultancy.
  • Paid training sessions (virtual or in-person).
  • One-time services like data migration or custom report generation.
  • Premium add-ons such as API access or advanced support.
  • Software misuse, installation on multiple systems, or use for illegal purposes.
  • Subscription cancellations requested beyond the refund period.

6. Amendments

CROZENT TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy and related terms of service at any time, based on business and market requirements.
