Thank you for selecting the Services offered by CROZENT TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED., India [hereinafter called as “CROZENT”].
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you or the entity you represent and CROZENT TECHLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accepting electronically (for example, clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then you may not use the Services.
1. AGREEMENT
This Agreement describes the terms governing your use of the CROZENT online services provided to you on this website, including content, updates and new releases, (collectively, the “Services”).
It includes by reference:
- Additional Terms and Conditions, which may include those from third parties.
- Any terms provided separately to you for the Services, including product or program terms, ordering, activation, payment terms, etc.
2. YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE SERVICES
The Services are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are only granted the right to use the Services and only for the purposes described by CROZENT. CROZENT reserves all other rights.
Until termination of this Agreement and as long as you meet any applicable payment obligations and comply with this Agreement, CROZENT grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Services.
You agree you will not:
- Provide access to or give any part of the Services to any third party.
- Reproduce, modify, copy, deconstruct, sell, trade or resell the Services.
- Make the Services available on any file-sharing or hosting service.
- Connect the Service with any unauthorized service, software or product.
3. PAYMENT
For Services offered on a payment or subscription basis, the following terms apply:
- Payments will be billed to you in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Accepted payment methods include valid credit/debit cards, sufficient bank funds, or other approved options.
- Failure to keep payment info updated may result in suspension or termination.
- Auto-renewal applies to monthly/annual services unless cancelled.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment form.
4. USE WITH YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
Use of these Services may require a compatible mobile device, internet access, and software. CROZENT is not responsible for:
- Telecommunication service availability.
- Loss, damage, or data breaches via telecom services.
- Disclosure of information due to third-party providers.
5. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You agree to CROZENT’s Privacy Statement, available with the Services and on the website.
You also agree CROZENT may:
- Use and maintain your data as per the Privacy Policy.
- Aggregate non-identifiable data for service improvement.
- Implement “reasonable security practices” under Indian IT laws.
6. CONTENT
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or store.
Prohibited content includes (but not limited to):
- Fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or unlawful material.
- Content belonging to others without permission.
- Anything threatening the unity, integrity, defense, or sovereignty of India.
- Misrepresentation of identity or impersonation.
- Unauthorized advertisements, spam, viruses, or harmful code.
CROZENT may monitor, remove, or disclose content as required by law.
7. ADDITIONAL TERMS
- CROZENT does not provide professional advice (legal, tax, health, etc.).
- You may be offered additional CROZENT services/products.
- CROZENT may send mandatory communications via email or website notices.
- You are responsible for password security.
- Updates may be provided automatically.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CROZENT and its affiliates do not guarantee that Services are error-free, secure, or virus-free.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
- CROZENT’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the last 12 months.
- CROZENT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- You agree to indemnify CROZENT against all claims arising from your Service use.
10. CHANGES
CROZENT reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Services means acceptance of updated terms.
11. TERMINATION
CROZENT may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate terms. Outstanding payments remain due.
12. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
The Services may include U.S. technical data, subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with these regulations.
13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governed by Indian law.
- Disputes resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bangalore, India.
- Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
14. LANGUAGE
In case of conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail.
15. GENERAL
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and CROZENT. Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the Agreement.
16. DELETE ACCOUNT
- Upon account deactivation, all associated data will be deleted permanently.
- No refunds will be issued upon account deactivation.
